LUX roasts all of its coffee on an older victoria lido roaster. the roaster yields about seven pounds each batch, allowing us to hand craft our espresso blend to a desired profile. using a smaller roaster also means that to meet our volume we roast almost everyday which translates into LUX serving very fresh coffee.
our espresso blend is 100% organic, and although it changes from time to time, is typically a blend of beans received from guatemala, colombia, el salvador, mexico, sumatra, and ethiopia.
our coffee is served at pizzeria bianco, rancho pino grill, carly's diner and the welcome diner.
we sell our espresso blend for six dollars a half pound and twelve dollars a full pound. to order call jeff at 602.696.9976.
